The Author sets out a good general background of modern health issues and their causes. He proceeds to describe methods of enhancing basic health issues via exercise. I am blown away by the comprehensive listing and description of the various Phone Apps and Dedicated Devices that are available to monitor and guide exercise . As someone getting into Cycling for exercise, I found this a very helpfull resource guide.

In my continuing quest towards better health, I learned about new technology and apps from Mr. Fitch. Fitbit and Lumo Lift are items of particular interest and I plan on incorporating these into my upgraded health tracking this year.
